Every CBLUE order begins after purchase. That lets us stay focused on quality and intentional production rather than overstocked inventory.

Every item is printed and fulfilled after you place your order. We do not hold bulk inventory, which helps us stay lean, intentional, and quality-focused.

Apparel & accessories

Most apparel and accessory orders are fulfilled in 2–5 business days before shipment.

Wall art, mugs, and similar items

Posters, wall art, mugs, and similar products may take 2–7 business days to complete before shipment.

These payment methods are typically instant, allowing fulfillment to begin right away.

Returns & Refunds

Custom-made items come with different return rules.

Because most CBLUE products are made to order, returns are limited. The goal is to be fair, clear, and fast when something actually arrives wrong.

We generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives with a misprint, defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
